Why does my life feel split into pieces?

Because you were handed your life in pieces. Faith was taught in one room, ambition in another, and rest was framed as what you earn once both are satisfied. Nobody ever sat you down and showed you how they fit together, so you learned to switch between them instead.

The split isn't a personal failing or a weakness in your iman. It's the shape of the instructions you were given. You are running three separate operating systems on one life, and the friction you feel is the cost of the constant switching — not evidence that you want too much.

Naming it as a design problem rather than a discipline problem changes what you do next. You stop trying to be more disciplined inside a broken structure, and start rebuilding the structure itself.
