Whole-Life Design

Most advice asks you to fit your life around your work — protect this hour for prayer if the schedule allows, take this vacation if the workload permits, see your kids when the quarter isn't too demanding. Whole-Life Design reverses the question. It starts with everything that actually matters — faith, family, rest, health, meaningful work — and builds the structure around all of it from the beginning, instead of squeezing it into whatever's left.

This isn't a plan for doing less. It's a plan for building in a way where nothing essential has to compete to exist. The difference shows up immediately: instead of asking "can I afford to protect this," you start asking "how do I build so this never has to be negotiated away."
